US cyclist, Tyler Hamilton announced he was retiring Friday after he admitted using banned performing enhancing substances - for the second time. Tyler's employer, Michael Ball was quoted as saying, "For him to have to retire on this note is a very tough pill to swallow".
Perhaps Ball could have exercised better word choice.
