Brett Favre

At this point I'm tired of hearing about Brett Favre. He's old, inconsistent, and a risk.

He's a wonderful leader but after years of abuse, his body won't get it done.

I wish he had stayed retired the first time. If he had, he would have gone out as a hero - untarnished. Today, I feel bad for Brett Favre. You're looking at a man who cannot admit he's old. He's a shadow of his old self. Sure he'll be remembered, but the damage of playing too long is done.

Brett Favre - go home at catch fish.

P.S. When Brett finally does retire, it'll be very anticlimactic. Few people will say boo. This is a point that I haven't heard many talking about but I think my prediction will come true. He'll leave the game will no fanfare and no parade.
