In the following video, Quint Kessenich (ESPN sideline reporter and Inside Lacrosse contributor) discusses how there are lessons to be taken away from other college sports such as football and basketball. One point I particularly like is that in sports such as football, the fan experience is much more than the game, it includes tail gates, cheerleaders, music, and mascots. I've always referred to this things are pageantry. Call it what you want, I think Quint brings up some great points and I hope his ideas translate into change for college lacrosse.
